This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may require you to submit a copy of your government-issued Philippine ID (SSS card, PhilHealth, UMID, passport, or driver's licence), a selfie holding your ID, and proof of your registered payment method. New players who make their first deposit are eligible for PhilVIP's Welcome Bonus of 100% matched credit up to ₱5,000. To qualify, the deposit must be made within 7 days of registration. The bonus credit is added to your account automatically upon qualifying deposit.
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The standard wagering requirement for PhilVIP bonuses is 20× the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Incomplete wagering within this period will result in forfeiture of remaining bonus funds.

Where an account is closed due to suspected fraud or breach of Terms, PhilVIP reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, all funds may be forfeited permanently. In cases of account closure for any other reason, legitimate balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the PhilVIP platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any PhilVIP content without prior written permission from PhilVIP Gaming Inc.
