Account & Registration

Creating a PhilVIP account is free and takes under two minutes. Go to philvip.com/register, fill in your full name, Philippine mobile number, email address, date of birth, and a username and password of your choice. Tick the Terms and Conditions checkbox, click "Create My Free Account," and verify your mobile number via the 6-digit OTP sent to your phone. Once verified, your account is active and ready to use. The minimum age to register is 21 years old in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

No. PhilVIP strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Opening or attempting to operate multiple accounts is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, with any bonuses and winnings forfeited. If you already have an account, please log in here instead of registering again.

On the PhilVIP login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number or email address and you will receive an OTP or reset link within seconds. Follow the prompts to set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number or email, contact our support team at support@philvip.com and we will verify your identity manually to restore your access.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is a one-time identity verification process required by PAGCOR and anti-money laundering laws in the Philippines. You need to complete KYC before your first withdrawal can be processed. To verify your account, submit a clear photo of your government-issued Philippine ID (passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS card, or PhilHealth ID) and a selfie holding that ID. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

To close your account, contact our support team at support@philvip.com. Before closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method. Note that if you want to take a break rather than permanently close your account, our Responsible Gaming tools offer cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options that may be more suitable. Yes. To update your registered email or mobile number, go to Account Settings after logging in. Changes to mobile numbers and email addresses require identity verification before they take effect, as these are used for account security and login. You will receive an OTP to your current contact details to confirm the change. For security, frequent changes are subject to a review by our team.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Log in to your PhilVIP account and go to the Deposit and Withdrawal page. Select your preferred payment method – GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, or Visa/Mastercard – and enter the amount you wish to deposit. Follow the prompts to complete the payment. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your PhilVIP balance instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically arrive within a few minutes. The minimum deposit is ₱50.

For verified accounts, withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 minutes after approval. Withdrawals via InstaPay are usually settled within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers via PESONet arrive within the same business day for requests submitted before the cutoff time. Withdrawal processing may take longer if your account has not yet completed KYC verification. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours as an additional security check. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.

PhilVIP does not charge its own fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, some payment providers – particularly banks processing PESONet transfers – may apply their own transaction fees. GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits and withdrawals are generally fee-free on PhilVIP's end. We recommend checking with your payment provider if you are unsure about their own charges. Any applicable fees will always be disclosed transparently before you confirm a transaction.

The minimum deposit at PhilVIP is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal is ₱100. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method but are generally up to ₱100,000 for e-wallet transactions and higher for bank transfers. Daily and monthly transaction limits apply in line with PAGCOR regulations. Verified VIP members may have higher limits. For specific limit enquiries, contact our support team. You can also set your own personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in your account settings.

The most common reasons for a declined withdrawal are: KYC verification not yet completed, active wagering requirements on a bonus not yet met, or a mismatch between the withdrawal account name and your PhilVIP registered name. Check your account for any pending verification requirements. If you believe your withdrawal was declined in error, contact our support team at support@philvip.com with your account username and transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is automatically applied to your first deposit. Simply register a new PhilVIP account, make your first deposit of ₱100 or more within 7 days of registration, and the 100% matched bonus (up to ₱5,000) is credited to your account instantly – no bonus code needed. Wagering requirements (also called rollover or turnover) are the number of times you need to wager a bonus amount before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive ₱1,000 as a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱20,000 in bets using that bonus before you can withdraw the resulting funds. Your progress towards completing wagering requirements is tracked in real time in your account dashboard. Specific wagering requirements vary by promotion and are always disclosed in the promotion's terms.

PhilVIP's Refer a Friend programme rewards you for bringing your mga kaibigan to the platform. Log in, go to the Refer a Friend page, and copy your unique referral link. Share it with friends. When a friend registers using your link and makes a qualifying first deposit, both of you receive a bonus reward. There is no cap on how many friends you can refer. PhilVIP's Color Game is the digital version of the traditional Filipino perya game. Three dice, each showing one of six colours (Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, White, Pink), are rolled simultaneously. You place your bet on one or more colours before the roll. If your colour appears on one die, you win 1:1 on that bet; on two dice, 2:1; on all three, 3:1. Security & Privacy

Responsible Gaming

Log in and go to Account Settings. Select "Responsible Gaming" from the menu. Choose "Deposit Limits" and set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum. Your limit activates immediately. To decrease a limit, it takes effect instantly. To increase a limit, a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period applies to prevent impulsive increases. To self-exclude, go to Account Settings and select "Responsible Gaming," then "Self-Exclusion." Choose a period: 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. Self-exclusion activates immediately upon confirmation. During the exclusion period, you cannot log in or place bets, and PhilVIP will remove you from all promotional communications. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. A cooling-off period is a short-term break from gaming – 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, or up to 6 weeks. During this time your account is paused but not closed; your balance is preserved and you can resume playing after the period ends. Self-exclusion is longer-term (minimum 30 days) and is intended for players who feel they need a more serious break. During self-exclusion, your account is locked and you are removed from all marketing. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
